Aims and Scope

The “Proceedings of 2100 Projects Association Joint Conferences” (from here onwards referred as ‘Proceedings’) is a conference proceeding journal publishing original and peer reviewed papers accepted, and presented at the conferences organized, by the “2100 Projects Association – Scientific Association for Promotion of Technology and Management for Organizational and Social Transformative Change” (from here onwards referred as ‘Association’).

The aim of the Proceedings is to contribute to the Association’s mission, which is promotion of advanced and novel technologies and management models and practices that contribute to organisational and social transformative change.

The scope of the Proceedings is within the wider area of management and technology and in accordance with the topics of the conferences organised by the Association.

The papers are reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committees of the corresponding conference and by reviewers invited by the conference chairpersons. The papers might be subjected to re-review by peers at the discretion of the Editors.

 

General information

The Proceedings are published yearly in one or more volumes per year. Usually, one volume contains the collection of all papers presented in one particular conference organised by the Association. One volume may also contain papers from two or more conferences if the Editors find justified. The collection of papers of one particular conference may also be split into two or more issues of one Volume, especially when there is interest for an issue dedicated to a specific theme.

 

Reprints

All papers published in the Proceedings are made available online on the corresponding conferences’ web pages with open-access. Printed copies of the Proceedings Volumes are available for purchase, till the stock lasts, for the price of 100 € (VAT included) per volume per single copy plus shipping charge (plus any transaction costs if applicable).

The recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes. To order your copy in print, please contact the Managing and Technical Editors. There is no subscription for the Proceedings.

Advertisements are accepted for the inner or outer side of the back cover as well as on the back pages of the Proceedings. For the technical conditions and prices please contact the Managing and Technical Editors.

Preparing and submitting your manuscript

The papers for the “Proceedings of 2100 Projects Association Joint Conferences” (from here onwards referred as ‘Proceedings’) should be submitted only through the conferences organised by the “2100 Projects Association – Scientific Association for Promotion of Technology and Management for Organizational and Social Transformative Change” (from here onwards referred as ‘Association’).

For the paper preparation, please consult detailed instructions available at the corresponding conference web page, which has available template file for your convenience.

The Proceedings publish only original and peer reviewed papers. The papers are reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committees of the corresponding conference and by reviewers invited by the conference chairpersons. The papers might be subjected to re-review by peers at the discretion of the Editors.

There are no page charges for publishing in Proceedings beyond the charges announced by the corresponded conference.

 

Language

The papers should be written in good English. The authors might be asked for additional editing to eliminate grammatical or spelling errors or to conform to usual scientific language.

 

Publishing ethics

“Proceedings of 2100 Projects Association Joint Conferences” follow the rules of the publishing ethics prescribed by “The Committee on Publication Ethics” (COPE). For the publishing ethics Guide see comprehensive COPE guidelines at http://publicationethics.org/.

 

 

Reprints

All authors registered at the corresponding conference, organised by the Association, will be provided with a printed copy of the Proceedings under the organisational terms of the corresponding conference without additional costs. All other co-authors can purchase the printed copy of the Proceedings under the conditions for general public. For the conditions for general public please see the inner side of the front cover.

All papers published in the Proceedings are made available online on the corresponding conferences’ web pages with open-access.
